When do I plan the itinerary?

When you first contact us, we will discuss your needs with you and make suggestions based on our experience. We know that these initial plans may alter slightly as you plan your wedding. Thats fine with us, as about a month before your wedding date, we will contact you to make the final plans.
If at anytime you feel that you want to discuss anything about our services, we are quite happy to either speak to you on the phone or come and see you.

What time will you get to the Bride or Grooms home?

It is our policy to get to the Bride or Grooms home at least a hour before the ceremony time. It may well be longer if we have agreed to make several trips to the place of the ceremony.

How many trips will you make and will this cost us more ?

We do not charge for extra trips - our price is all inclusive.
We are quite happy to make several trips from the respective homes. The only limitation is the time taken for each trip.
As an example:-
The ceremony starts at 2pm
The brides home is 10 minutes drive. The bride will leave at 1.45pm at the latest.
Each trip is therefore about 22 minutes allowing for time for the passengers to alight.
We would be able to make two trips with bridesmaids etc.
the first would leave at 1pm dropping the passengers off at 1.10pm.
returning for a second trip, collecting the guests at 1.20pm and dropping themat the venue at 1.30pm and then returning for the bride in plenlty of time at 1.40pm.
The same would apply to the grooms guests, however it is usual to take the groom and best man first to then meet and greet the guests.
If there is only one trip from the grooms home then his car can then be used for additional trips at the brides home.

What if we live outside your 12 mile radius?

We are happy to travel outside that area within reason. Once we have quoted and agreed on a price with you we will provide the same service as above.

How many pepole do the cars seat ?

We have two Beauford wedding cars. In length they are the same size.
We have a four door car. The rear seat will sit three bridesmaids. It also has two `pageboy` seats which face to the rear. We are also happy for a guest to travel in the front passenger seat.
Our two door car has the same size rear seat as the four door car. And again we are happy for a guest to travel in the front passenger seat.
Please view our photo gallery to see pictures of the rear of the four door car.

What do you do during the ceremony ?

Our car and the chauffuer will remain at the venue throughout,
Can the cars be included in the wedding photographs.
We are very proud of our cars and believe they will enhance your pictures. It is our experience that your wedding photogrpher will naturally use the cars as a prop. We are happy to drive you to the location of your pictures if you are not having them at the church, we just need to know in advance so we can plan the route.
If you are having your wedding photographs taken at the reception, we are more than happy to remain there while these are taken. Your guests are more than welcome to have their pictures taken in and around the cars(s).

What colours ribbon and bows have you.

There is a vast range of coloured ribbons and bows available and we are happy to provide one that will fit into your colour scheme. If you dont have a colour scheme planned we will normally dress the car(s) in Ivory.

Can we have the roof down on the car.

Depending on the weather, we are more than willing to take the roof down on the car(s). However, we do not like to do this on route to the ceremony with the bride as we would hate to ruin that special hairdo. Weather permitting we have happy to take the roof down for your photographs.
